What it is: A contact becomes a hot contact when they earn 50 points. This means they are actively viewing or watching the resources you send them. This feature saves you time by highlighting your most interested contacts, so you know who to focus on first!
Mobile App Instructions:
On your mobile app, check the number next to the fire icon on the dashboard to see your hot contacts.
The next window will show the “Hot List” tab with your hot contacts.
Alternatively, from your “Contact List,” you’ll see hot contacts marked with a flame badge.
