1. Log in to the mobile App and go to the "Contacts" section.
  2. Tap on the contact you want to work with.
  3. Scroll down to find the "Details" tab on the contact's page. Make sure your contact has an email address to assign them a campaign.
  4. Look for "Active Campaign". If you see "Change", tap it.
  5. Select the campaign you want for this contact, then tap "Assign".
    • Note: Selecting "None" removes the contact from any campaign.
  6. After assigning the campaign, you'll see the campaign name under "Active Campaign".

Note:

  • You can always change a contact's campaign using the same steps. This will trigger sending the opt-in email if they haven't opted in before.
  • If they miss the opt-in email, you can resend it by tapping "Resend"
