Mobile App Instructions:

  • Log in on the App
  • Click 'More' at the bottom right
  • Select 'Settings'
  • Click the 'Reset Password' button
  • On the next page, enter your Existing Password and New Password and confirm (re-type) your New Password
  • Click 'Save'
