Q1: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you forgot your password, don’t worry. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?. Enter the email address you used for your account and tap Submit. You will receive an email with the subject line:
“[YourFirstName], your password reset request”. Click the link in that email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Q2: What if I don’t get the password reset email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you typed the correct email address.
- If you still don’t receive it, click the chat icon below for help.
Q3: How do I change my existing password?
If you know your current password but want to change it, log in to the app. Tap More → Settings → Reset Password. Enter your current password, then type your new password twice. Tap Save. Your password is now updated.
