To Search Contacts
- Open the mobile app.
- Tap Contacts
- Tap the Search (magnifying glass) icon.
- Type the contact’s name. Matching contacts will appear instantly as you type.
To Filter Contacts
To Filter by Label
- Go to Contacts.
- Tap the Filter (funnel) icon and choose Filter by Label.
- Tick the labels you want to see and tap Filter. Only contacts with those labels will appear.
To Filter by Status
- Go to Contacts.
- Tap the Filter (funnel) icon and choose Filter by Status.
- Select one or more campaign or resource statuses and tap Filter.
- This is helpful to see contacts who have opted-in to a campaign, or contacts who have viewed a resource you sent.
To Sort Contacts
- Go to Contacts.
- Tap the Sort (up & down arrow with 3 lines) icon and choose how you want to sort.
Sort Options:
- Alphabetical → Sort contacts A–Z
- New to Old → Show newly added contacts first
- Old to New → Show oldest contacts first
- Follow Ups → Show contacts with scheduled follow-up tasks first
- Campaigns → Show contacts assigned to campaigns first
- Star Rating → Show highest rated contacts first
- Score → Show contacts with the highest score first
- Most Recent → Show contacts with the most recent activity first
