Yes! It’s available if you’re on the Pro version or on a Pro trial.

Q2: Where can I find the AI Chatbot?
You can access it in the mobile app. From the home screen, tap More > Ask Your Coach

Q3: How can the AI Chatbot help me?
The AI Chatbot has deep knowledge of direct sales and network marketing and can guide you on handling objections, following up effectively, and closing more sales. It also knows the features and functionality of the app, acting as your 24/7 personal coach whenever you need support.

Q4: Can it answer questions about our products or company, like the comp plan?
Yes! The AI Chatbot can be custom-trained for your account. Once trained, it can answer questions about your products, business opportunity, and compensation plan, and provide guidance on your team’s strategies for handling objections and follow-ups.

What’s great is that when there are new updates to your product or company, you can feed that information to the AI Chatbot and it will automatically update its knowledge, so it always shares the most current and accurate information. If your AI Chatbot is not yet custom-trained for your account, please reach out to your Client Success Manager at csm@rapidfunnel.com for further assistance.

Q5: Can I save specific conversations with the AI Chatbot?
Yes! You can create and save specific chat conversations with the AI Chatbot, making it easy to come back to important discussions, strategies, or answers whenever you need them.
