Note: For accounts paid by your group or company, please contact your group or company’s support line for billing inquiries. This feature is not available on your mobile app.

  1. Open the mobile app and log in to your account
  2. Tap on 'More' located at the bottom right of the screen
  3. Tap on 'Settings'
  4. Select 'Billing'
  5. On the next window, tap ‘Modify’
  6. Select ‘Cancel Subscription' and hit ‘Yes’ to confirm the cancellation.

Note: After canceling your subscription, you will still be able to use the app and won't lose your contacts' data. You can always upgrade to Pro by hitting the 'Upgrade' button on your mobile app dashboard.
