(7/22/2022) iPad - App crashes when going to Coaching or Support button

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Some users reported that their iPad app crashes when attempting to go to the Coaching or Support feature.

AFFECTED: iOS (iPad only)

STATUS: RESOLVED August 1, 2022

NOTES: Should the issue persist, please try the following below (Move to another step if the previous step does not work):

1. Log out of the app and then log back in

2. Restart your phone

3. Update the app
