ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Some PBLS users reported that after updating to Ver 7.0, all of their contacts disappeared in the mobile app. The contacts did not disappear on the back office version.
AFFECTED: iOS/Android (PBLS only)
STATUS: RESOLVED July 11, 2022
NOTES: Should the issue persist, please try the following below (Move to another step if the previous step does not work):
1. Log out of the app and then log back in
2. Restart your phone
3. Update the app
