Why is the "total number of my contacts" different from the "points" I have in the contest?
- Contests count OPTED-IN and ENGAGED (Click on a button on the web page/resource page, Event Invite Responses, Survey Responses) contacts towards the contest.
- Simply entering a contact does not make them count towards the contest. The contact has to click on the link from the campaign or a resource sent.
- Some campaigns/resources might be excluded from the contest as well, so please check current rewards / contest requirements via CONTEST DETAILS
