The use of your RapidFunnel (RF) App revolves around your Prospects, or in the app we call them Contacts.

How to add a Contact using your RF Mobile App
IMPORTANT NOTES

You may add a contact even if he/she has already been added by another user
-
However, you may not assign a contact's email address to a campaign if another user already has that email address assigned to a campaign. To know more, please see the link below:
1. Once logged in to the App, Tap the Add Contact icon located at the bottom menu
2. On the New Contact page, fill out the form
NOTE:

When adding a Phone Number, tap first the Gray Box

Select the Country of your contact
-
You may use the Search Bar to type the name of the Country and it should automatically filter for you. After selecting the country, you may now add the phone number (no need to include the Country Code)
3. Tap SAVE
4. If your contact has a valid email address, you will be asked to select a Campaign (If campaigns are available on your account/group). Just tap your preferred Campaign for that contact then tap Assign. Otherwise, tap Not Yet.
NOTE:

You may get an error if the email address of your contact has already been assigned to a campaign by another RapidFunnel User. To know more about campaigns, please see this link:
5. After Campaigns, you will be asked if you would like to schedule a Reminder for this contact. Tap Schedule Reminder to set up a reminder now or tap Not Yet if you would like to do it later.

How to add a Contact using your RF Web Version/ Back Office
1. Once logged in, go to Contacts at the left menu
2. Click Create New Contact
3. Fill out the form in the Create Contact page.

How to import Contacts using your RF Mobile App

In the RF Mobile App, You may only import contacts from your Phone's PHONEBOOK/CONTACTS
1. Tap the Add Contact button icon located at the bottom menu
2. Tap the Import icon at the upper right corner of the New Contact page

If you have entered anything in any of the fields in the form, the Import icon will disappear. To get the Import Icon appear again, just make sure that all the fields are blank.
3. After tapping the Import icon, choose whether you'd like to import just one contact or multiple contacts from your mobile device's phonebook
IMPORTING ONE CONTACT
-
You will see all the your Phone's contacts alphabetically. Simply tap the contact you would like to import to your RF App's Contacts

After you have tapped your selected contact to import, you will be brought back to the New Contact page to add/edit/confirm the info of your contact. If you are satisfied, tap SAVE
-
You will be asked if you would like to schedule a Reminder for this contact. Tap Schedule Reminder to set up a reminder now or tap Not Yet if you would like to do it later.

After you have dealt with Reminders, you will be brought back to the Contacts page and you will now see that your newly-imported contact is there.
IMPORTING MULTIPLE CONTACTS

When you select Multiple Contacts to IMPORT, you will see your Phonebook Contacts a bit differently.

They will have boxes beside each contact. Tap the boxes of the Contact/s you would like to import to your RF App. (Tap Clear Selection to clear/remove your choices).

When a box is tapped, it will be shaded with color to show that it has been selected
-
If you are done selecting the contacts, tap the IMPORT button at the bottom of the page

You will see a message in red for those contacts that are already added in your RF App Contacts
-
If you tap the selection box of this contact, you will get this pop-up below and would ask you if you would like to Merge the details coming from your Phonebook to the details of this contact in your RF Mobile App. (For ex. If he has a different email address in your Phone's phonebook than in your RF App, then that detail will be just added to your RF App's contact)

Once you are done selecting the contacts to be imported, tap IMPORT

You will be brought back to the Contacts page where you will see the contacts that have been imported
How to import Contacts using your RF Web Version/ Back Office
1. Go to Contacts
2. Click Import from CSV
3. Click Browse Files to look for the .csv file that you would like to use OR drag and drop the file to this section.
4. Once done adding the .csv file here, it will show a progress bar. After that, click NEXT
5. On the IMPORT page, you will see the MAPPING SECTION.

The column on the left is the DB (This refers to the RapidFunnel Database). These are the fields that you see when adding a contact in RapidFunnel.

The column on the right is your CSV file's information fields. This means that in your CSV file, the information of contacts there are separated by different fields (ex. First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, etc...)

You just need to click the drop down box of the info in your CSV column that you would like to match with your RapidFunnel Contacts list. (For Ex. You would like to see all the First Names from your CSV file to appear on the First Name data in your RF Contacts. To do this, click the Drop Down box of "First Name" and choose "First Name")

When you are done, click NEXT

You will see this page right after you click NEXT. When you see this, just click IMPORT
-
Once you click IMPORT, you will see a progress bar. Just wait until it reaches 100%

Click CONTACTS at the left menu to see all the imported contacts
Limits in adding contacts
-
There is no limit on how many contacts can be entered into the RapidFunnel system.
-
However, there is a limit on the number of contacts that can be assigned to a campaign in a given period of time.
-
Opt-in rate below 30%: 12/hour, 25/day, 150/week
-
Opt-in rate below 60%: 18/hour, 50/day, 250/week
-
Opt-in rate greater than 60%: 25/hour, 100/day, 500/week
-

This is based on opt-in rate (total # of opted-in contacts / total # of contacts that are assigned to campaigns)
-
Once you assign your contact to a campaign, that is when the clock starts.
-
For example, if your opt-in rate is at 30% to 60%:
- For hourly limits, if you assign a contact to a campaign at 10:05, you can assign your 19th contact at 11:05
- For daily limits, if you assign a contact to a campaign at 10:05, you can assign your 51st contact the next day at 10:05
Exporting Contacts via the RF Web Version/ Back Office
IMPORTANT NOTES

Some Browsers (like Internet Explorer or even Safari) may not work with the Prospect by LegalShield website, so you may need to use an alternate browser, like Google Chrome, for the data to export correctly.

If you are exporting more than 1,000 contacts, the file will be too large to export immediately. Instead, you will receive the file via email within an hour.
1. Go to Contacts at the left menu
2. In the Contacts Page, scroll down until you reach the bottom of the page. You will see there the EXPORT AS CSV and the EXPORT AS XLSX buttons. Just tap which one you prefer.
3. Select if you would like to export just the current page or if you want to export all your contacts. Click the radio button of your choice then click OK.

This will download a .csv file (csv stands for Comma Separated Value) or an .xlsx file (Excel Microsoft Office Open XML Format Spreadsheet) file to your computer which can be opened in Excel, Notepad, Google Drive Spreadsheets, or most other spreadsheet programs.
