How to use the new Teammates feature on the web?

The Teammates feature is now available on your account!

• This is a "buddy system" where you can search for other users in the company, and request to add them as a teammate for quicker future communications together.
• If the user accepts your invitation, you'll be able to send them a request for a 3-way call, when you could use their support.
• Notifications for requests, invites and responses are received as push notifications, when you are logged into your mobile app.

How to invite teammates:

1) Log in to your account
2) On the left navigation bar, click 'Teammates'
3) Look for the 'Invite Teammates' box and;
4) Type the email of the user that you'd like to add as a teammate, then click 'Search'5) If their email is available in the system, the details of the user will appear in the 'Invite Teammates' box.  Click 'Invite' to send them your invitation.6) This user will then show on your teammates list as 'Pending' under the Action column. You can cancel the invite by clicking the 'Cancel' button
7) Once the user accepts your request, you'll see a 'Request 3-way call' button available under the Action column.

How to accept invites:

1) Log in to your account
2) On the left navigation bar, click 'Teammates'
3) Click the 'View Pending Requests' button4) A window will pop out showing any Pending invites users have sent to you. You can either select:
     a) Accept - if you want to accept the invite
     b) Dismiss - if you’d prefer to decline the invite5) If you select 'Accept' you'll have the options below:
    a) Yes - if you want to accept their invite
    b) Yes, and add user to my teammates - if you want to accept the invite and add the person to your teammates. Note: If you select this option, the user will also be sent an invite from you and will need to accept it before you can request a 3-way call.
    c) Cancel - if you'd prefer to decline the invite
