When reporting an issue, please:
- Use your complete name
- Provide details of your issue (the more details you could provide, the better)
- Avoid sending multiple tickets
- As much as possible, use the same email that you registered in your account to report issues
Here are the instructions for the web:
- Log in to your Backoffice account and click on Support
- Go to https://rapidfunnel.com/ and select Support - Visit Support
You can communicate with us in a few different ways:
1) Chat - You can chat with us by clicking on the chat widget and filling in the info. Currently chat is available via the web only:
2) Submit a Ticket from the web - go to the Support page and click Submit a request
3) Submit a Ticket from the App (iOS & Android)
- Log in on the App
- Click on the "More" icon
- Select "Support"
- You can review our FAQ Articles OR
- Tap on "Open a Ticket"
- Type your question or concern and attach a screenshot/recording of the issue then tap on the send arrow icon on the right.
4) Email - If you would like to email us please do so at firstname.lastname@example.org
5) Phone - Currently, we do not offer live phone support. If you require a callback, please leave us a message at 877-680-5751 with your callback information (complete name and email address), and a few convenient times for a callback. We will do our best to reach you. Please note, that the fastest way to hear back is via chat or submitting a ticket.
