When reporting an issue, please:
- Use your complete name
- Provide details of your issue (the more details you could provide, the better)
- Avoid sending multiple tickets
- Inasmuch as possible, use the same email that you registered in your account to report issues

You can communicate with us a few different ways:
1) Chat - You can chat with us by clicking on the chat widget and filling in the info. Currently chat is available via web only:
2) Submit a Ticket from the web - go to the Support page and click Submit a request
3) Submit a Ticket from the App
- On Android:

- Click the plus + sign at the bottom right
- Type your question or concern and click the send icon at the top right.
- On iOS:
- Log in on the App
- Click More

- Click the 'Contact us' at the upper right corner
- Type your question or concern and click the send icon at the top right.
4) Email - If you would like to email us please do so at support@rapidfunnel.com
5) Phone - Currently, we do not offer live phone support. If you require a call back, please leave us a message at 877-680-5751 with your call back information (complete name and email address), and a few convenient times for a call back. We will do our best to reach you. Please note, that the fastest way to hear back is via chat or submitting a ticket.
