Please see below instructions for Android and iPhone on how to ensure you have the latest version of the app.
Instructions for Android:
To Manually update the App:
- Go to the Play Store
- Tap the Profile button beside the bell icon
- Select Manage Apps & Devices
- Go to the Manage column
- Look for the RapidFunnel App and tap it
- If you see
- The Update button next to the App, it means you have the old version.
- If it shows Open it means you have the latest version.
- Click the Update button to get the latest version.
Set the App to automatically update:
- Go to the Play Store
- Tap the Profile button beside the bell icon
- Look for Manage Apps & Devices
- Got to the Manage column and search for the RapidFunnel App
- Tap the RapidFunnel App the hit the hamburger button on the top left corner.
- Select and place a checkmark on the Enable Auto Update tickbox.
Instructions for iPhone:
To Manually update the App:
- Open the App Store
- Tap the Updates icon, at the bottom of the screen
- If you see (in the middle of the screen) a message that says, “All Apps are Up-to-date,” then none of the apps on your iPhone require an update at this time.
- If an app needs updating, it appears with an Update button next to it. Tap the button to update the app.
- If more than one app needs updating, you can update them all at once by tapping the Update All button at the bottom of the screen.
Set the App to automatically update:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll until you see iTunes and App Store
- Tap on the App Store
- On Automatic Downloads, you can enable the App Updates

To turn on automatic app updates, simply toggle the button to the right to enable it. The apps will now update automatically.
If you have automatic app updates turned on, and happen to be curious as to which apps updated, you go to the App Store and press on Updates, it will show you when the apps last updated Instructions above).
