On the Web:
- Log in at https://my.rapidfunnel.com/
- If the Navigation options on the sidebar are not displaying, please click the Menu button at the top.
- Click on Contacts
- Click on the contact you wish to view. It will bring you to the ‘Contact Edit’ window.
On the right side of the screen there are 2 boxes:
•Contact Information: Shows the overview of contact's status in the campaign
•Activity Log: Shows what emails were sent out, when they were sent out, and email status
On the App:
- Log in to your account
- Click 'Contacts'
- Click on the contact you wish to view. It will bring you to the ‘Contact Details' page
- Select the 'Activity Log'
