Sometimes the easiest way to fix an issue with the App is to update it, or by deleting it and reinstalling the App.
You will NOT lose any data, as it is all stored on our servers.
Instructions for iPhone:

Check the App Store for updates, and click on 'update' if you don't have the automatic update downloads. It is located in the App Store, under the 'Updates' tab.
1. To uninstall/delete the App, hold your finger down on the app icon until it starts shaking, then tap the X. It is okay to say "Delete" for the data.
You will not lose any data, as it is all stored on our servers.
2. Reboot your phone: shut down your and turn it back on
3. Once that is done, go back to the App Store, search for the App, and install it (it will either have an "Install" button or a little cloud icon that you tap on)
Once reinstalled, open the App and log in.

Instructions for Android (2 options):
Open the Google Play store
- Open the menu in the upper left
- Choose "My Apps & Games"
- Tap on "Installed"
- Find the App and tap on it (not on "Open")
- Choose "Uninstall"
Once it is done uninstalling, reboot your phone by shutting it down completely and restarting it.
OR-
- Navigate to 'Settings'. You can get to the settings menu either in your apps menu or, on most phones, by pulling down the notification drawer and tapping a button there.
- Select the 'Apps' submenu.
- Swipe right to the 'All Apps' list.
- Select the App you wish to disable.
- Tap 'Uninstall updates' if necessary.
- Tap 'Disable'.
- You will not lose any data, as it is all stored on our servers.
- Reboot your phone
- Return to the Play store to reinstall the App.
