To Manage your Billing/Subscription Information using the RF mobile app
1. Once logged in, tap More
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Billing
NOTE: If this is your first time entering your billing info, you will see this page below:
If so, just tap Upgrade
4. Tap the Select button of the Subscription Type of your choice then fill out the form
TIP! You may also tap the SCAN card button for quick and easy card detail capture (ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE RF MOBILE APP)
NOTE: For Coupon Codes, these are provided by your Group Leader/Upline. For concerns regarding Coupon Codes, please reach out to your Group Leader/Upline for assistance.
5. Once all the necessary information has been updated, tap SAVE
TIP! Should your resources and campaigns not appear after updating your billing info, please log out of the app, then log back in and see if it helps. If it does not, please reach out to our support team for assistance. Do not uninstall and reinstall your app at once.

1. Once logged in to the Web Version (my.rapidfunnel.com), click Billing Info at the left menu
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to change your Subscription Type (for ex., Switching from Annual to Monthly Subscription), then click this link:
Then click the box of the Subscription Type of your choice then click SAVE
2. Fill out the form
3. Make sure that you check this box:
4. If this is your first time adding your billing info, click the UPGRADE button
5. If you are just updating your billing info/ subscription info, click UPDATE

To Cancel your RapidFunnel Subscription using the RF Web Version/ Back Office
NOTE: Due to security reasons, cancelling your subscription should be done on your end through the steps below:
1. Once logged in to the Web Version (my.rapidfunnel.com), click Billing Info at the left menu
