To Manage your Billing/Subscription Information using the RF mobile app
- Once logged in, tap ‘More’
- Tap the ‘Settings’ icon
- Go to ‘Billing’
- Tap ‘MODIFY’
- SELECT A PLAN. Tap ‘SELECT MONTHLY’ if you wish to have a monthly subscription plan or tap ‘SELECT ANNUAL’if you want to have a yearly plan. Once you have picked one, tap ‘CONTINUE’
- REVIEW UPGRADE INFORMATION. You will be given quick info regarding when you will be charged and by how much. If you understood the info, tap ‘CONTINUE’
- PAYMENT. You will be asked if you wish to ‘Pay with existing Credit Card’ (In case you have one on file already) OR ‘Add A New Credit Card’. Once you have decided, tap ‘PAY AND UPGRADE'.
How to cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your RapidFunnel subscription:
- On the ‘BILLING INFO’ page, tap ‘MODIFY’
- Tap ‘CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’
- Tap ‘YES” to confirm the cancellation
