You can manage your account at your convenience.
On the web:
- Please log in at http://my.rapidfunnel.com/
- In the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side, click 'Edit Profile'
- If there are other group codes available from your company, you can add them here.
- Please make sure to click 'Save' to save any updates you made
On the App:
- Log in on the App
- Click 'More'
- Select 'Profile'
- Click Account Settings - to update your personal information.
- Click Notification Settings - to manage the notification email you want to receive
- You can also add an Additional Notification email, your Rep ID, URL to your social media accounts, and Group codes.
Note: You can downgrade from premium to a free account at your convenience from the billing tab.

If you want to delete your account completely, please email support@rapidfunnel.com, and we will delete it after you confirm. Please note that you will lose all your contacts and access in that case.
