(APP-SPECIFIC) Why is my RapidFunnel app having issues on an older device?

Our developers at RapidFunnel strive to make sure that the app runs consistently, even with the launch of newer devices. 

To do so, software updates for the app continue to be created and could utilize more of your device’s hardware. 

If you are using a very old device, chances are, you may experience some issues even with other apps.

The newer your device is, the faster your app may perform.

APP INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:

Please note the following minimum device requirements for the RapidFunnel app.

iOS: 

• Requires iOS/iPadOS 11.0 or later
• 70.7 MB space needed

ANDROID:

• Requires Android 5.0 or later
• 34 MB space needed

NOTE: Experience may vary depending on the device

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO TEST YOUR DEVICE?

1. Uninstall the app, restart the device, then reinstall the app and see if it works better.
2. Check your internet connection. This app is internet-dependent. If your internet is slow, so is the app’s performance.
3. Try installing the app on a newer phone if you have access to one, log in, and see if that works.
