Troubleshoot common email campaign issues.

If your campaign isn't sending:

-   Verify the contact has opted in to receive emails.
    
-   Check that the campaign is active.
    
-   Confirm the contact has a valid email address.
    

Campaign delivery may also pause if your Opt-In Rate falls below the platform's recommended threshold.

If everything appears correct, contact support.
