Activity is only recorded when a prospect interacts with the content you've shared.
If you don't see activity:
Confirm the resource was sent through the contact's profile.
Ask the prospect if they opened the resource.
Allow a few minutes for engagement to synchronize.
Remember, sending a resource doesn't automatically create activity—your prospect must interact with it.
