Always start from your Contacts list.
Open Contacts.
Select the prospect.
Open their contact card.
Send the resource from inside the contact.
This allows RapidFunnel to:
Track who received the resource
Record engagement in the Activity Log
Update the Hot Score
Notify you when the prospect interacts with the content
If you send a resource directly from the Resources section to an individual prospect, the content may still be delivered, but it won't be linked to that specific contact for tracking.
