Every contact can be assigned a 1 to 5-star rating.
To add or change a star rating:
Open the contact.
Tap the Star Rating option.
Select between 1 and 5 stars.
Star ratings act as your personal assessment of a prospect's potential before the Hot Score begins tracking engagement.
Many users assign higher ratings to people who are:
Entrepreneurial
Well connected
Strong communicators
Actively looking for opportunities
As your prospect engages with your content, their actual activity becomes the biggest factor in their Hot Score.
