# What is the Activity Log?

Track your prospects' engagement history and know exactly when to follow up.

The Activity Log helps you monitor prospect engagement in two ways.

**Overall Activity**

View a chronological list of prospects who have recently interacted with your content so you know who to contact next.

**Individual Contact Activity**

Open a contact's profile to view a detailed history of every resource they've viewed, including when they engaged with it.

This gives you valuable context for more personalized and timely follow-up conversations.
