# Can I import a large contact list all at once?

Learn how contact imports work and why RapidFunnel limits large bulk imports.

If you are on the Pro version of the app you can use the synch feature and import all the contacts on your phones database.

Large bulk imports are intentionally limited because RapidFunnel is designed for relationship-based prospecting—not mass broadcasting.

Sending large volumes of messages through your personal device can negatively affect email and SMS deliverability for everyone using the platform.

Instead, RapidFunnel encourages consistent, personal outreach that builds stronger relationships and protects the platform's sending reputation.
